Supporting understanding, inclusion and wellbeing in learning environments

Educational settings face unique and often complex challenges when it comes to neurodiversity. From supporting neurodivergent students and staff, to helping learners understand neurodiversity as part of the curriculum, there is no one-size-fits-all approach.

Our work with education providers is flexible and collaborative. We support schools, colleges and higher education settings to better understand neurodiversity, remove barriers to learning and work, and create environments where everyone feels supported and able to succeed.

Supporting Neurodivergent Students:

We help education providers understand and respond to the needs of their neurodivergent student population. This includes guidance around pastoral care, academic support and reasonable adjustments, helping students feel understood, supported and able to engage fully with their learning.

Supporting Neurodivergent Staff:

Neurodivergent staff often face challenges that go unseen. We support institutions to better understand these experiences and to create working environments that promote wellbeing, sustainability and performance. This may include advice on adjustments, communication and supportive workplace practices.

Training & Guest Teaching:

We deliver tailored training and guest teaching sessions for educators, support staff and students. Sessions are designed to be accessible, engaging and relevant, supporting learning around neurodiversity while encouraging thoughtful discussion and greater understanding.
