Dr Hearfield is a respected consultant psychiatrist with a longstanding commitment to supporting neurodivergent people.
Dr Hearfield has particular expertise in working with individuals whose neurodivergence may be more subtle or often masked — especially neurodivergent women and people within the LGBTQIA+ community.
She is known for her thoughtful, collaborative approach, taking time to truly understand each individual and work alongside them to achieve the best possible outcomes.
Alongside her clinical work, Dr Hearfield has extensive experience advising organisations, educators and media professionals. She is a published author, a regular media contributor, and has led influential research into working conditions for women, helping to shape wider conversations around inclusion, wellbeing and equity.

Dr Asha Mashru is a highly experienced Consultant Psychiatrist specialising in neurodiversity, with a background spanning child and adolescent psychiatry, learning disabilities and mental health research. She brings deep clinical insight into the corporate space, supporting organisations to build inclusive, neurodivergent-friendly workplaces that genuinely work for their people.
With extensive experience supporting individuals with neurodevelopmental conditions, Dr Mashru helps organisations better understand both the strengths and the challenges of neurodivergent employees. Her work combines medical expertise, behavioural understanding and psychotherapeutic principles to drive meaningful, sustainable change in workplace culture and policy.
Alongside her consultancy work, Dr Mashru is a recognised thought leader in her field. She has published research, presented at national and international conferences, and trained doctors and professionals across multiple disciplines.
Her corporate work focuses on supporting leadership teams, HR professionals and workplace strategists to improve neurodiversity inclusion, accessibility and employee wellbeing. This includes guidance on recruitment practices, workplace adjustments, leadership development and policy design — helping organisations create environments where neurodivergent people can thrive.
